We want you to be happy with your purchase , every product we sell comes with a 14 day money back guarantee provided that the goods are returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sold in. We will only issue the refund when the goods have been physically received and checked. As we send items with paid for insurance / recorded delivery /signed for or (Proof of posting from Royal Mail). We would recommend that the buyer does the same we will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in the post. Refunds will cover the cost of original postage charge and not returned postage unless previously agreed prior to return. We retain the right to refuse or exchange if products are returned in a condition less than the condition sold.
If you buy more than one item from separate listings, then please use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER link as you go through payment options. On items other than Grass Seed, we should be able to combine postage, depending on the weight. But this will not apply to heavy items i.e. 25kg sacks unless stated in the listing.
Payment is preferred by PayPal immediately – We will try to ship items within 48 hours, (unless otherwise stated in the listing) on PayPal or receipt of Postal Orders, but allow 7-8 working days for cheques to clear please. If you have not received an item within SEVEN Working Days( Monday - Friday) of our confirmation email then please contact us by email, or phone 01205870417 office hours, we would ask you first to contact royal mail, to see if they are holding any items for you.
Then PLEASE contact them ASAP – delays can mean items being returned to us and we have no choice but to recharge shipping! (At cost) Recorded Delivery items, for example, are returned within a week.
We will try to ship all items usually within 2 to 3 days of cleared payment
(Monday to Friday) (Please note in the first couple of weeks of the bulb season this may take a little longer as stocks come in and out so fast, we always work on a first come first served basis to try to make it fair for all). BUT we are not responsible for postal delays in the UK Please be patient in times of industrial action; however, as you will see from our feedback, we are normally very fast!
Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you do not pay for redelivery we will refund only the cost of the item minus a 15% administration fee to cover wasted costs.
In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then, please contact us so we can send out a returns form, for you to complete and send back. We will require the items returned by you via Post or Courier for inspection. in most cases we will refund on return or send replacement.
We will take care of the claim where an item is lost in the post BUT be aware that we can track our items and false claims will be reported to Royal Mail or the Courier who will take legal action against false claimants. Claiming for loss or damage that is not true is considered as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
